Malcolm Group

I am glad to announce a further contributor to the Grenada Relief effort is that of The Malcolm Group. They have very generously offered storage facilities for containers destined for Grenada. This has been a headache for me from the start and to be able to store these in secure facilities will take a load off my mind.

Originating as a family-owned business in the 1940's, The Malcolm Group has become a leading provider of logistics and construction services, employing assets of over 1,600 people, 450 trucks, 1,000 trailers, 120 items of heavy plant and over 3 million square feet of warehousing throughout the UK.

They provide integrated logistics solutions to a range of 'Blue Chip' customers, incorporating warehousing and handling services, road and rail distribution and supply chain management.

Their Construction Services Division is a one-stop major contractor for groundwork services, waste management and plant and tipper hire.

Their quality of service is renowned and stems from their highly skilled and experienced workforce, complemented by consistent investment in the latest vehicles, equipment, technology and training.

It is statisfying to know thatsmall and large companies can come together to make a difference to lands destroyed by mother nature.
